French Fancy by Perma Blend is a high-opacity, muted pink lip pigment crafted to deliver soft yet defined results. This versatile shade complements a wide range of skin tones and heals true to tone, providing a natural, enhanced look.

Whether used alone or blended to customize a shade, this pigment delivers maximum color retention with no unexpected shifts. Ethically made, Perma Blend pigments are certified vegan and cruelty free.

Recommended shelf life: 3.5 years unopened; 12 months after opening.

 

Directions for Use:

  1. Store in a room temperature environment.

  2. Do not leave product exposed to sunlight.

  3. Handle only with new, single-use gloved hands.

  4. Shake pigment for at least 1 minute before pouring.

  5. Secure lid tightly and return to proper storage after use.

  6. To adjust consistency, use Perma Blend Shading Solutions only.

  7. Do not mix with water or non-approved thinning agents.
