PhiAcademy identified an inconsistency in the expiration date labeling for pigments produced between November 2023 and March 2024. During this period, the production date is printed on the tube, while the expiration date (which is 24 months from the production date) is displayed on the box and in the leaflet inside the packaging. Future batches will have harmonized expiration dates on both the tube and the box to eliminate any confusion. Rest assured, all pigments are safe to use and meet good manufacturing standards.

These codes are placed on some of our products as an internal code for our fulfillment team. Please disregard these codes.

All sales are final. Please note that we cannot modify orders once they have been completed and paid.

There will be an option at the checkout screen located above your subtotal. Here you can type in your any gift card number or discount code you may have. Also note that sometimes we run storewide sales, and discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

We recommend tracking your package and contacting the responsible carrier, as they will be able to tell you where your package is located. If you did not receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder first or contact store@browscouple.com. Our team is happy to assist you and will send you the tracking information.

Unfortunately, it may happen that the package will be reported as lost. In this case, please stay in touch with the carrier and contact us within 10 days from receipt of notification regarding the accidental loss, so we can immediately contact the carrier as well.

Please ask your neighbors if they accepted the package for you. If this is not the case, please contact the carrier directly. Please send all the written communication between you and the shipping company to store@browscouple.com. We then can take further steps to help you, if they are unable to tell you the status of your order.

All orders received by 1 PM (PST) are processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays) . All orders after 1:30PM (PST) will be shipped the next business day

Yes, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2815 Camino del Rio South suite 300, San Diego CA 92108.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. It's always recommended to call customer service at (619) 450-7506, before to check if your order is ready for pick up.

Please send an email to store@browscouple.com with the invoice/order number, a picture of the package, the name and the amount of the missing item. All order issues need to be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please send an email to store@browscouple.com with your order number and a picture/video that shows the fault of the item you received. If the package shows external damage, please send us a picture and contact the carrier as well.

No experience is necessary; our courses will help you develop both personally and professionally.

Online Trainings: These courses are flexible and self-paced. They can be completed as early as three months. However, The training curriculum is intended to have you graduate roughly within six months, on average and depending on the kit you buy. However, as mentioned earlier it is self-paced and if more time is needed to strengthen your practice, it is perfectly okay. Your training will be taught through the Craftmaster app; an interactive learning platform, where theory is discussed, demonstration videos are provided, and practice exercises are submitted to your Master Instructor. Your course Master will be guiding you step by step and making corrections along the way to ensure sure you learn the proper and perfect technique. At the completion of the online training, one becomes certified by the PhiAcademy for the technique of choice.

In-Person Trainings: Our in-person courses are specifically designed to provide you with hands-on experience, allowing you to learn various techniques under the guidance and support of our experienced Grand Masters. Their expertise ensures that you receive the necessary instruction to grasp the techniques effectively. The duration of our courses can range from 1 to 3 days, typically requiring approximately 6 to 8 hours of active participation, although this may vary depending on the specific course.

Yes, you can always pay the difference to upgrade to our In-Person Courses.

NO, unfortunately not. The In-Person Course is an optional addition to your learning if you are already enrolled online.

Unfortunately, not. The kit is included in the price of the online course or in person training.

Once you complete all the levels in your Craftmaster app, you will receive an official Phi Academy certificate, a personalized logo of the technique, and a placement in PhiMap to be recognized as a Certified Artists.

We do not offer refunds, however for our online trainings, we offer store credit for a training you have not yet commenced or if you have not received your kit yet.

In person training: If you inform us 14 days prior to your trainings, we can give you a store credit.  If you inform us after, your deposit ($500 dlls) will be lost due to training expenses made prior to the date.

Depending on how much time you invest in everyday practice and how you communicate with your Master, the average time to obtain a technique is 3 months.

Yes, all the main supplies are included, except for the disposibles like gloves, caps, cotton pads, and because the kit is shipped worldwide the numbing cream will not be included in your kit. Countries have different regulatory restrictions and this is out of our control, however we will provide guidance to purchase everything you need once you are ready to start treating your own clients.

Not necessarily. Artists have the freedom to choose whether they want to work with other salons or open their own salon. The recognition of the Phi brand provides them with clients wherever they choose to work. However, in every country there are regulations for opening a salon, and it is necessary to ask about them.
