Andy Chavarria is a speaker, educator, and co-founder of Brows Couple. With nine years in PMU, he has trained thousands across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe. Co-creator of the BC Brows Method, he won WULOP Mexico and USA Microblading in 2025 and was named a PhiAcademy Grand Master of Honor in 2021.
