All orders received by 1 PM (PDT) are processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays) . All orders after 1:30PM (PDT) will be shipped the next business day

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2815 Camino del Rio South suite 300, San Diego CA 92108.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. You can call in to our store customer service phone line to check if your order is ready to pick up at (619) 450-7506.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM – 5:00 PM on Mon – Fri. Please have your order confirmation email or order number readily available with you when you come.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated in our office, depending on the weight and service carrier.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and is your sole responsibility as the customer for such charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
