All orders received by 1 PM (PDT) are processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders placed after 1:30 PM (PDT) will be shipped the next business day.

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

For USPS Express:

Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (PDT) to be eligible for same-day shipping.

In-store Pickup

You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at 2815 Camino del Rio South Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92108. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready within 1 business day. You can call our store customer service at (619) 450-7506 to check if your order is ready.

Pickup hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please bring your order confirmation email or order number with you.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on weight and carrier and will be shown at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. thebeautyinkstore is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer's responsibility.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs or duty fees assessed once the package arrives in the destination country. thebeautyinkstore does not cover these charges in our shipping quotes or checkout process.

Please note that customs and duty fees are separate from sales tax, which may also apply depending on your region's tax laws.

If you return merchandise in accordance with our return policy, it is your responsibility to request a refund for any customs or duty fees paid — if allowed under your country's regulations.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at store@browscouple.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your package ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this number to check your package status.

thebeautyinkstore.com is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers must ensure all shipping details are accurate and up to date.

Once a package is handed to the courier, thebeautyinkstore.com is no longer responsible. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

We’ve partnered with Route to offer optional package protection for your orders. This service covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

  • If you purchased Route Protection at checkout and your package encounters an issue, please file a claim through the Route claims portal.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit if Route Protection was not selected at checkout.
