In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2815 Camino del Rio South suite 300, San Diego CA 92108.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. You can call in to our store customer service phone line to check if your order is ready to pick up at (619) 450-7506.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM – 5:00 PM on Mon – Fri. Please have your order confirmation email or order number readily available with you when you come.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated, depending on the weight and carrier.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country thebeautyinkstore is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs and duty fees, which may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. thebeautyinkstore does not include any coverage for customs or duty fees in quoted shipping costs, or at any point in our checkout or billing process.

Please note that customs & duty fees are distinct from sales tax, which may be charged to you at the same time as customs & duty if our store is not required to collect sales tax in your region. 

In addition, if customers choose to return their merchandise in accordance with our return policy, it is the customer's responsibility to claim back any customs & duty fees they may have paid, if doing so is allowable under the destination country's regulations.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout. This tracking number enables you to check the status of the package. is not responsible for failure to deliver a package as a result of the customer providing incorrect shipping information (address or other information) upon checkout.

The customer must provide correct, clear, and up-to-date shipping information.

Once the package is handed over to the courier company, is no longer responsible for it. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
