Perma Blend Tina Davies Dark Brown is a dark-value, neutral/warm brown pigment formulated to deliver a rich, natural tone perfect for professional brow PMU. With its balanced undertone, this pigment offers exceptional versatility—great as a standalone shade or mixed to create customized results.

Designed for use on a variety of skin tones, including fair, beige, olive, and caramel, it provides strong opacity for bold yet realistic brow outcomes. This 1/2 oz bottle ensures consistent, long-lasting color retention, delivering confidence for both artists and clients.

 

Directions for Use:

  1. Store in a room temperature environment.

  2. Do not leave the product in direct sunlight.

  3. Handle containers with fresh, single-use gloves.

  4. Shake pigment for at least 1 minute before pouring.

  5. After use, reseal lid tightly and return to storage.

  6. To change consistency, use only Perma Blend Shading Solutions—do not mix with water or other thinners.

  7. Use within 12 months of opening.

  8. Unopened pigment expires after 3.5 years.
